Rami F. Odeh is the founder of FormWell Personal Fitness Training, a personal training company located in Sandy Springs, GA. Founded in 1999, in the over 20 years Rami ran and owned the business, FormWell helped over 5000 clients achieve their exercise and weight loss goals. Rami sold this business in 2019 to pursue his next dream career: motivational speaking, writing, and coaching.

Rami has dual master’s degrees, one in industrial psychology and the other in exercise physiology, and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a health and fitness specialist. He also worked for 11 years for Northside Hospital in Atlanta, GA, as an exercise physiologist in the Outpatient Weight Reduction Clinic and the Diabetes Education Department.

He has been a motivational speaker, personal trainer, and nutritional coach in various Southeast gyms and clients’ homes since 1992 and has hands-on experience with over 1000 clients. Rami also does various health-related presentations and health fairs for many corporations and organizations.

From 1999 to 2019, he owned and led FormWell Personal Fitness Training, helping over 5,000 individuals achieve their fitness goals.

Rami holds master’s degrees in industrial psychology and exercise physiology and is a certified health and fitness specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine. Since selling FormWell in 2019, Rami has focused on coaching, consulting, and fitness franchise sales and investments. He is a top-performing independent Franchise Sales Representative for Alloy Personal Training Franchise, having sold over 50 locations with his wife, Heather, and invested in six. His coaching business includes both individual and group sessions.

A dedicated endurance athlete for over 40 years, Rami competed in semiprofessional motocross for 15 years and has completed over 300 running races, multisport events, and obstacle course races. His accomplishments include Ironman Florida (1999), multiple Ironmans, marathons, and ultramarathons up to 100 miles. In 2022, he transitioned to bodybuilding.

Rami's mission is to positively impact lives through franchise sales and ownership, coaching, consulting, and writing. He is the author of the trilogy "Quiet the Noise: A Trail Runner's Path to Hearing God."
